PAYMENT

All credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a secure environment. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to process your payment. For information on the PayPal payment system, please access their website at www.paypal.com.

ORDERS

Upon receiving an order, an email verification will be sent to you within 3 business days, confirming the order, and stock availability.

To amend an order, please contact us directly at www.norma.as as soon as possible, but please note that your order cannot be altered once the goods have been shipped.

To cancel an order that has not already been processed and dispatched, please contact us at info.normal.as for a full refund. For an order that has already been dispatched, please refer to the “Returns and Exchanges” section.

SHIPPING

We provide free shipping for all orders over US$ 100. All orders under $100 have a set shipping price of $5. For quicker deliveries by a courier service, please contact us directly info.normal.as.

All worldwide orders will be shipped from Tokyo, Japan, by Small Packet Registered Air Mail with 7~14 day delivery in general. All shipments are fully insured.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a confirmation notice containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures at the destination country. Normal holds no liability over delays.

Please note that our prices are not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The buyer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for such fees.

REPAIRS

If you purchased your Normal timepiece from an authorized dealer, and it develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact them directly for information on how to have your timepiece repaired.

If you purchased your Normal timepiece from this website, and it develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at info@normal.as for information on where to send it for repair.

If your timepiece is accidentally damaged, or develops a fault after its warranty has expired, please contact us at info@normal.as for estimates on repair costs, and instructions on where to send it for repair.

Please note that the warranty becomes void in the event any person not duly authorized by Normal, or its representatives attempts to repair the claimed defect.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you purchased your Normal timepiece from an authorized dealer, and wish to return or exchange it, please contact them directly for their return policy.

If you purchased your Normal timepiece from this website, and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us at info@normal.as within 14 working days from receiving the product.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, re-sellable condition, undamaged, unused, and with its original packaging intact. Only the amount paid for the product itself will be refunded via PayPal. Additional charges on shipping, handling, taxes and related fees and expenses will not be refunded.

WARRANTY

Your Normal timepiece is warranted by Normal Corporation for a period of 2 years from date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The International Normal Timepieces Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into force only if the warranty certificate is fully, and correctly completed by the seller.

The manufacture’s warranty does not cover: 1) the battery; 2) damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear.

In case of defects covered by this warranty, your watch will, at the sole discretion of Normal Corporation, be repaired, or be replaced free of charge. If replaced, Normal Corporation cannot guarantee that the same model will be available. In this case, Normal Corporation will offer a model of equal price. The warranty of the replacement watch ends 1 year after the expiration date of the original watch’s warranty.

The warranty becomes void in the event any person not duly authorized by Normal Corporation, or its representatives attempts to repair the claimed defect.

Should you require work under warranty, please contact your local authorized Normal dealer. The watch, or clock must be presented along with the duly completed warranty certificate.

Under no circumstances will Normal Corporation be liable for any incidental, or consequential damages. All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and of fitness for a particular purpose given to you by law are hereby limited in duration of this warranty. Normal Corporation’s obligation is strictly limited to repair, or replacement as expressly stated in this limited warranty. Your dealer carries sole responsibility for any other guarantees.
